Board Certified Optometric Physician
Dr. Rosen is affectionately known as Inspector Gadget around the water cooler at SNEADCataract. His knowledge of the newest, latest and greatest computer, cell phone and most electronic devices has appointed him the “Go
To Guy” when a question or problem pops up around the office. His patients are endeared to him in a manner that is very rare in health care today. Gifts and trinkets of gratitude from patients are displayed proudly in his office as a
reminder of why he does what he does so well. Parents of younger patients are impressed and delighted with his jovial sense of humor and compassion when it comes to caring for children. Dr. Rosen is originally from Long Island and graduated from Cornell
University, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Neurobiology and Behavior. He obtained his Doctor of Optometry degree from State University of New York where he also served as Assistant Clinical Professor and Chief of Contact Lens Services.
